Shipping/Pickup

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. 


All orders will be shipped through U.S. postal services. Shipping should take approximately 2-3 business days not including weekends or holidays in the U.S. International shipping  should take 6-7 business days. 


Fierce Impression Boutique will not be held accountable for unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping address. It is the customer responsibility to make sure shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Customer will be responsible for any shipping fees due to re sending order.


Once package has been processed and shipped out it is out of Fierce Impression Boutique hands. A tracking number will be provided for all packages. 
Fierce Impression Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to you address and you have not received it, you must contact USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.  

Local pickup orders will be processed and ready for pickup within 1 business day. Pickup orders will be notified through email when order is ready for pickup. Pickup time and location will be sent through email.
